An 18,000-square-foot clear-span bay with aircraft on the floor is a memorable place to bring people together, and we use it that way. Causey hosts private gatherings for our clients and flight-department partners, from fleet showcases to client-appreciation evenings, and we have one in planning now.
We're also open, case by case, to working with a prospective client on an event in the hangar. These are relationships first, arranged directly with our team as part of getting to know you, not booked like a rental hall. No, by design. The building is protected by a state-of-the-art water-only sprinkler system with generator backup and an 80,000-gallon on-site reserve tank beyond city water. Accidental foam discharges have destroyed aircraft and endangered people in hangars around the world; we built our protection to safeguard the building without ever putting your aircraft at that risk.
We operate an on-site Jet-A fuel facility for our hangar tenants, managed aircraft, and charter clients. We're not permitted to sell fuel to the general public; fueling is a benefit of being based with Causey, which is also why your aircraft never waits behind walk-in traffic.
Not a full-service one. PTI classifies us as a specialized operator. We serve our own tenants, managed aircraft, and charter clients rather than the general flying public, and we don't sell fuel or maintenance to walk-in traffic. The field's full-service FBOs handle walk-in and transient traffic.

For routine work, yes. We keep a certificated A&P mechanic on staff for the things that ground an airplane on a Tuesday morning (tires and wheels, brakes, servicing, and scheduled tasks), on the same ramp, not across town. Heavier or specialized work we coordinate with the right vendor on your behalf, and the AOG line is answered 24×365.
